The Toomstone is a large 3 piece, slow sinking bait that is designed to be fished in a multitude of ways. It can be:
-slow-rolled giving off a lethargic swimming action
-burned and stopped to create a very erratic swim
-ripped to create hard, thumping bursts
-waked by keeping the rod tip up and the speed steady, a huge wake is thrown by this bait
The baits are made from a durable 2-part resin and have muskie grade hook hangers and line ties, and the joints are pinned with 1/8"dia 15-5PH annealed Stainless pins. All baits will also come with a fiber tail, and will be finished with an impact resistant automotive clearcoat.
Weighing in at 6.5oz and right at 10 inches this bait is a handful. My current setup to throw this bait is an iROD Genesis II 8' XL Swimbait X-Hvy Rod, an Okuma Komodo SS KDS-364 reel, and 25lb Sufix Advance Clear Monofilament line.
